Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

We aim to have in stock items delivered to UK addresses within 5 – 10 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary during busy periods such as public holidays so please take this into consideration when placing your order. We are currently only able to ship to mainland UK addresses.

Pre Order dates are subject to change as we are reliant on our suppliers, however, we will ensure to dispatch your items as soon as we receive them. If you have any questions regarding restock dates, then please contact us via email. Once a pre-order has been placed it is not possible to cancel your order, however, you will you still be able to return it or exchange per our returns policy once you have received the order. If you have placed an order that includes a pre-order item, then we will send all items together once the pre-order item is in stock. If you need your other items dispatched earlier, then please contact us via email and we will try to accommodate where possible. Please bear in mind this is not always possible.

Please note that once your order has been passed over to the courier, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Please ensure you have entered your delivery details correctly as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses. By providing a telephone number, our courier service will be able to contact you and update you on your delivery and reschedule where necessary.

Returns

We hope that you love your new pieces! However, if you wish to return your item, then please email us at Contact@hamiltonhomeinteriors.co.uk within 3 days of receiving it. Should your item arrived damaged or faulty then please include photographs in your email. 

Your item must be returned in the original packaging and contain the packing slip in order for us to process the return. Please ensure that the item is returned in brand new condition (unless the item has arrived damaged or faulty). 

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping for unwanted items, only for items that have arrived faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked return service as we cannot be responsible for missing or damaged returns.

Items must be returned within 14 days of making a return request. Once we have received your return we will process your refund minus the original postage cost or send out a replacement item for damaged/faulty goods should you wish, if in stock.

Please note, sale items are non-refundable.
